Therefore, you can FREE cancel/change your order within 2 hours of placing your order for strong reasons. Out of the time, 30% of orders will be charged due to the order having been handled by the system.

If you have any reason or suggestion that you are not satisfied with the order, please contact our customer service at apexavenue@gmail.com with a detailed reason within 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.

Our customer service team will provide you with our return address. And all return shipping fees are at customers’ own expense. Our customer service will always provide the best service for our customers.

Returns & Exchanges

All items MUST be in a NEW condition with a name tag, we will accept returns within 14 days after delivered.

The item could be accepted to return if:

+ Wrong information with the product page.

+ Item defect

+ Any mistake from us

+ We do NOT accept returns for those items if the customer chooses the wrong size because the size chart has mentioned detail already.

Please email us at apexavenue2@gmail.com describing the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. for defective, incorrect, or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. please keep the picture below 2 MB.
Our solutions:

• Y2kaesthetic’s responsibility
  · If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange.
  · Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
• Customer’s responsibility
  · If the customer has ordered an incorrect size we can reject to return. In some case we can also allow a return if the size chart for that item is NOT clear.
  · The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. all shipping fees are non-refundable.
• NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY
  Our warranty does not apply to products listed under the following categories: swimwear, lingerie, earrings, shoes, and clearance items, for the item with a size that has been provided detailed in Inches/Centimes or any discounted items provided did not make a mistake. If y2kaesthetic made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact.

COMPENSATION TIME-FRAME
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Do I have to pay tax on orders?

maybe. it depends on what country you are receiving the goods in.

tax is a complex issue because it depends on what country you are receiving the goods into. some countries are easy to import into and have few restrictions and no taxes. other countries are ultra restrictive and have high taxes. before you start importing bigger quantities of products to your country, you’ll need to research what the law and practices are in your country (or shipping destination countries if you are dropshipping internationally).

import duty and sales tax charged by your country:

some countries charge tax on certain imported products, at certain quantity/value levels. you are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country.

we won’t enforce any rules so it’s up to you to make sure that what you are buying is ok to import into your country.

many countries charge two kinds of tax when you import anything from overseas. these are (1) sales tax (vat); (2) import duty. usually, these taxes are not very high, and the tax is calculated according to the value of the goods (+ shipping sometimes). on the other hand, many countries may not charge any tax on certain types of goods, or on small shipments.

the category of goods you are importing often has an effect on whether you have to pay tax or how much.

obviously, certain categories of dangerous or restricted goods are illegal to import in most countries. other, specific restrictions on certain items may apply in your country as well – please research that information for your local country.
